Over the years, he progressed through various sales and marketing roles, eventually becoming the regional sales manager in 1997 and serving as the marketing manager for Western Snacks until 1999.
Since 2011, Kotecha has held key positions at PepsiCo, including General Manager-Country Manager Thailand (2011 to September 2016), VP-Snacks Category India Region (October 2016 to May 2019), VP Global Affordable Platforms-Foods (June 2019 to December 2019), and Senior Vice President Chief Commercial Officer—AMESA since January 2020.
